I’m back.
If other people’s vacation photos bore you, you may want to skip this entry…and the next couple that follow it 🙂
We had a fabulous time in San Francisco. The highlights included a visit to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Alcatraz, Pier 39 and the Golden Gate Bridge. Now we begin the task of settling back into the routine at home and, if you’re me, getting back to work (Jo and Dani still have some time off). In the meantime, I’m going to cling to my vacation a little longer by sharing some of my favorite pictures with you guys over the next few days. Don’t hate me.
I love birds. I also love photographing birds, so you’ll see a lot of bird pictures LOL. This seagull was sitting atop the waterfall that you walked under to see the Martin Luther King memorial in Yerba Buena park (at least, I think that’s the name of the park).
This bird is too. I really like his reflection in this picture 🙂
While I adore old buildings, I’m not usually moved by modern ones…but this tower was very interesting. I don’t know what the building is, but I took the picture from the same park as the bird ones (which was directly across the street from SFMOMA)
Danica, at the same park 🙂 I think this was the picture I took after saying, “Hey, Dani!”. I tend to prefer the unposed pictures of her LOL
After Yerba Buena we went to SFMOMA. I took a lot of pictures but really, they don’t do the art justice and so I’m not going to share them here. However, as you can see, while we were at the museum we did find Waldo. I just happened to glance out a window (a very long window) and saw Waldo hanging out on the roof of the building across the street. 🙂
Next update will include sea lions and Alcatraz from Pier 39 🙂
Ok, I love the fact that you found Waldo and took a pic of him 🙂 Pics inside a museum never really do the art justice, but it’s still fun to take them. 🙂
I’m glad you had fun on vacation! And I’m eager to see what you thought of Alcatraz 🙂
I really enjoyed Alcatraz 🙂 I’ll post pics of it and stuff soon…ish 🙂
