This year I’m participating in the Blogging from A to Z Challenge again. I thought it might be fun to share some of my photography instead of always my words. They say a picture is worth–well, you know what they say 😉
I will try to keep these blog posts short and sweet, while still offering a little bit of insight into each photograph, just for fun.

X is for… X?
I literally couldn’t find anything in my photographs that would work well for X… but I do have these photographs which have Xs in them. Sorta.
Like these two of the High Level Bridge:
This shot of the reflections on the BDC building in downtown Edmonton:
And this shot of the Camsell Hospital. A re-imagined version of the hospital plays a pivotal role in the novel I’m revising 🙂
Good job! It’s interesting to see how creative everyone has been with this challenging letter.

Thank you 🙂 It only felt a little cheat-y to go this route LOL
Whoa, that picture of the BDC building is crazy! It makes my eyes do weird things. Very cool. 🙂
Thank you! I kept walking by that building and thinking ‘That would be a cool shot’. Over and over before I finally actually brought my camera with me to capture it LOL
These pics TOTALLY have X in them. Great job, actually, considering this letter! I love the photos of the bridge, especially the first one. Such a unique angle.
Thank you 🙂 That first pic is of part of the bridge that was down at ground level and horizontal, otherwise I don’t think I could have got that angle 🙂
These are fabulous for X! Really, really cool! 🙂
Thank you very much 🙂
Cool as usual. You have such an amazing eye. I can’t pick a favorite today. They are all so unique.
Thank you so much Leslie 🙂
I like your take of the letter X! It definitely works!
great pictures!

Thank you Betty. It was the only thing I could think of for X 🙂
Hmm…an X for X. Very clever, Parrish. Very clever.

You are brilliant. X is a hard one, and you’ve done well.

Aww, thanks 🙂
Great Idea! There are lots of X’s in architecture!
Thank you. It felt a little cheaty, but I was okay with that 😉
What a creative X post! Now I’ll be looking around trying to find X’s. Great job!
